 John Globetti, President of A.R.B.C Arthur Rutenberg homes, came to Southwest Florida in the late 80’s and went to work as a warranty service manager with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. After a half-dozen more years as a field superintendent and construction manager, the natural culmination for John was owning his own Arthur Rutenberg franchise. The year was 1992.
